We are looking for PCB inkjet machine.
It is a machine used for printing on PCB with following specs:
1- Machine, computable with legend, solder mask, etch plating, resist inks.
A- Application for variable board (inner layer, outer, double side flexible &flex rigid PCB.
B- Number of heads 6
C- Smallest space 100 micro m (4mil)
D- Smallest line 100 micro m (4mil)
E- Max. Board size 610X610mm
F- Printing area X*Y 580*580mm
G- Board thickness 0.1 up to 8mm.
2- Registration system: registration pins or optical registration system automatically located the targets. Compares the targets, actual position to CAM data and applies. Alignment and scaling factor during exposure
3- Data input formats: IPC-D-356/A or equivalent compatible Gerber 274X and its extended compatible with widows CAD software for graphic.
4- Network connection: Ethernet, TCP/IP
5- Power: 230/380V 50/60Hz.
6- Temperature 19-27 degrees centigrade
7- Relative humidity 30-70%
8- The machine must be equipped with capable of personalized digital plot stamp (serial number, barcode, other signature.
9- The machine must be (instant on) no use of light source when idle.
10- The machine must be with scale.
11- Origin of machine should be USA or Japan , or Europe
