We need the following machines : Kindly send us your offer.

- ONLINE STAMPING MACHINE - HOT CONDITION :- It should be automatic stamping machine and automatic stamping on the rail surface in hot condition approx 700 to 850 deg C. ,rail speed is 3 to 5 meter / second , it must be able to stamp 16 characters on the web of hot rails.

- ONLINE PROFILE MACHINE - COLD CONDITION :- It should measure the diamention of the rails of 52 kg/m, 60 kg/m and display of the machine should be in numerical and graphical both, rails' speed more then 5 meter/ secound.

- ONLINE LASER STRENGTHENING MACHINE :- it should measure the straightness and flatness of rails in the both vertical and horizontal plan. it should also measure the twist control.

- TWIST CONTROL / MEASUREMENT :- it can be measured on the online laser straightness machine .
