We are leading manufacturer of respiratory protective equipments in India.

We need pressure reducer as per following spec.

Application: For Open Circuit Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus
Fluid : Breathable Air
Pneumatic Pressure Reducer (piston type)
Main body: Compact
Inlet Working Pressure : 300 bar (max)
Required Outlet Pressure : 7 - 8 bar (small range is enough)
Max. Outlet Flow : ~1000 liters per Minutes
Safety Valve : Shall Operate at 11 - 14 Bar
Inlet Connection : 5/8'' BSP (male), Swivel type for compressed breathing air cylinder
Shall withstand extrem environmental conditions:
Durability : minimum 10 years working

In connection to the above, we also need following arrangement if possible.
Pressure Gauge
Luminescent dial
Range : 0 - 350 bar
Least Count : 10 bar
Diameter: max. 50mm
Shall have blow out hole with cap
Accuracy : +/_ 5 bar Shall have
Warning Whistle Unit as per follows
Whistle shall blow when inlet pressure drops to 55 +/_ 5 Bar
Sound frequency: 2000 - 4000 Hz
Level more then 90dBA
Max. Permissible air loss while whistling: 5liters/minue
Above Inlet pressure indicator Gauge and whistle shall be connected to High pressure hose.
