Sub: Request for Quotations to supply Casing & Tubing

We shall appreciate if you can send confirmation for supply of OCTG to one of our valued customer in Oman. Basic requirements of the proposed tender are as follows:

Full technical specifications of the OCTG proposed,
API Certification,
Origin and manufacturing program,
Mills or Stockist support letter,
Mills Quality Plan, Quality Assurance System,
Inventory Management System
Experience in Total Tubular Management (TTM): Describe the outlines such as Client, turnover, product, duration, xxxxx Also indicate a contact address of your current client, from whom we could hear a good performance record concerning your TTM
Proof of Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 or 9002 for your experienced TTM.
Safety & Health procedure for storage & handling of EQUIPMENT in your storage yard.
Local Repair Service: Describe by whom and where, and provide proof that the chosen company has a good reputation and business record: confirm that it will be able to cut, weld and thread according certified API procedures.
Local Technical Support: in case of problem occurrence on the WORKSITE, how, and how long it would take you to provide a Technician for the WORKSITE?

2. Duration of Supply/Contract: For two years, subject to winning the tender.

3. Late delivery penalty: US$10, 000 per day from the expected date of delivery.

4. In one lot supply has to be made for 18 wells, xxxxx to meet their six months requirement. Requirement and their technical specifications for each well are given in next page.

5. Please send your competitive quote for each items for C&F delivered at Jabel Ali Port(Dubai) or Sultan Quaboos Port Muscat(Oman).

6. A line of confirmation to meet such requirements will be solicited on or before 8th March'08
