I have an investor seeking early to expansion stage venture investments that can deliver dramatic, defensible improvements to the profitability of major energy producers and consumers of energy.

Interest encompasses the full range of energy technologies and includes opportunities that improve the incumbent energy industry as well as the development of the alternative energy and clean energy industries (cleantech).

They do not focus on commodity plays (for example, buying oil fields and project finance), they are a venture firm focused on private equity companies and aim for 5-10x returns.

Initially a full business plan is not needed, but they would like to see an executive summary that includes five year projections, size of deal, value prop., and CV's for management.

They lend 5-10M and are only interested in the North American market.
