Need manufaturing of led car winshield sign

Need manufacturing of car led sign for the winshield. Should be 8.5 X 11 inches foldable in half. Able to input text in back of led unit. The purpose is for affixing to winshield of cars displaying passenger name. Also being able to remove it from winshield to take along into airport for signage for customer. Must be 12 volt and rechargable. Needing a very large xxxxx Please contact me if you can help. Thank you,
