RFQ Details

1. Interchangeable tungsten carbide drills that have the capablity of drilling holes 0.05 millimeters to 1.0 millimeter into any conductive material (Stainless steel, rhenium, copper/beryllium) with an accuracy of 0.005 millimeters and a speed between 0.001 to 0.02 millimeters per second.

2. A microscope with a minimum of 10 times magnification capable of centering between 0 to 100 microns.

3. Operate on 110 to 240 volt adjustable power supply

4. Both positive and negative drilling polarity and a motorized drill head.

5. Weigh no more than twenty (20) kilograms with maximum dimensions of 300 millimeters x 300 millimeters x 400 millimeters.

6. Capability of manual drilling control in which the EDM parameters shall be set individually: depth, position, set position, Electro-discharge voltage, pulse energy, total power, polarity.
