We are a new Startup Solar Thermal Firm, working on a new Solar Air-Conditioning product. Solar Thermal Collector side on this project. We are working on a 3 T Air-Conditioner first, and for that we need Solar Thermal Collectors of the following specifications:
We will buy 1 - 3 pieces of these on a prototype basis, and if it is commercially and technically feasible, plan to buy 100 units per year, growing to about 1000 units per year, based on our project success.
Specs:
9000 Kcal per hour of energy 80 degrees of water temperature on a continuous basis. No storage needed We want to understand your solar water heater solutions, and specifically understand: - Roof Area needed for the above energy requirements - Ability to control the temperature and flow - What will be the start-up time to attain 80 degrees? What will be the performance in the early morning and late evening non-peak sun hours. - What are the potential back-up solutions for attaining constant temperature during non-peak sun hours and for rainy days? What will be the consumption if we use the backup? - What will be the costing for the above specs - without storage? - Do you stock and sell, or make to order? Will you be able to answer these questions for us and supply us the materials on a competitive pricing?
