Dear Sir

We are working directly with direct Buyer from China, one of the largest oil companies in the world. They are interested in purchasing the following product:

Commodity: Light Crude Oil
Gross Discount: $10 USD/bbl - $16 USD/bbl range, depending on crude
Quantity: Up to 10 million bbl's per month (can go up to 20 Million bbl's per month)
Term: 12-month contract, with R & E

Delivery: Flexible, FOB/CIF, as agreed
Exclusions: No embargoed countries. No African-origin oil.
Commissions: Payable by Buyer, as per contract
