RFQ Details

Hello,

I'm looking for a manufacturer who can create great polo shirts along with other apparel. It must be high quality and workmanship, yet priced reasonably.

If you are outside the U.S., you must be able to provide me the following information below. If you cannot, we cannot do business.

1. You must sign a Non Disclosure Agreement first.

2. You must be willing to conduct ALL business transactions using a third party Escrow Account.

3. You must be willing to allow me to check inventory of products shipped to me before payment is released. I must be sure if I'm ordering polo shirts that I'm receiving polo shirts and not rubber ducks or a box full of IRREGULARS....I've already been burn for $10, 000.00.

4. You must provide me at least 3 references here in the United States.

5. You must be able to fax or e-mail me a copy of the Customs Declaration before you ship.

6. You must be willing to send photos of all completed products.

7. You must be able to explain the regulations for this product.

8. You must be able to confirm that your goods comply with those regulations.

These requirements are requirements any company would want to complete to keep and even gain a new customer who has the potential to purchase many units.
