Dear Sir,

Our company exports and imports steel pipes and cement. At the moment we are
acting on behalf of the big state investment company from Libya which wants
to buy cement on regular basis in large quantities.

We are happy to present our enquiry for your further consideration.

Product - Ordinary Portland cement 42.5R

Origin - China or other

Certification - SGS at seller cost

Quantity - 100,000MT (bags) every 30 days from September 07. Total qty - 1,200,000MT

Destination - The port of Tripoli, Libya

Payment - Payment shall be made by an irrevocable, confirmed, and automatically revolving for one month of shipment value, Letter of Credit (LC) payable 100% at sight against documents. Payment will be issued or confirmed by a TOP-50 Bank.

Performance Bond - 3% by Seller`s bank
