ServoMecanik is a manufacturer of industrial machines.
We manufacture plasma, oxyfuel and waterjet CNC cutters
We also design software for custom retrofitting of existing hydraulic and electrical machines.
We purchase for about 90k$ to 150K$ of hydraulic components a year for retrofiting exisiting industrial machines
please quote us for the following components that we would test before ordering larger quantities:


1) Hydraulic Directional Solenoid Control valve #1:
4 way
3 positions
close center
spring return
24 VDC or 120VAC at 60 Hz ( not decided yet )
3000psi minimum ( approx 20 MPa minimum but not more than 30MPa)

40 to 45gpm ( probabley a NG10 that has a max flow of 120Lpm)
120 lpm is approx 31.7 gpm but will be enough for majority of our application. We will probably double the valve for each cylinder
so that we can have a slow and fast speed)

( qty= 20 pieces )

2) Hydraulic Directional Solenoid Control valve #2:
4 way
3 positions
close center
spring return
24 VDC or 120VAC at 60 Hz ( not decided yet )

with a common P and T and individual A and B
qty = 5 pieces

6) Hydraulic Manifold for valves #2 as listed above
Manifold with 6 input for valve #2 listed above
with a common P and T and individual A and B
qty = 5 pieces

note that no more than 2 valves will operate at the same time

all other caracteristics related to the ports for the valves or manifold are not important for now,

if you sell fitting please supply a pdf catalog of website

Please do not ask for other caracteristic or dimensions for now because
it won't really change the average price of your products

We will prefer valves with popular and standard dimensions and port size
We will adapt ourself to the standard caracteristics of your products

if you do not have the exact flow size, please find the closes match of your existing stock.
We do not want to have custom made items which could increase leadtime and pricing
