My name is Witold Milczarek, Executive Advisor to the CEO at Pietrucha Group Poland, one of the leading civil engineering companies in Poland. We will soon move our production line of vinyl sheet piles to Qatar (Umm Al Houl Free Zone) and we are looking for a trusted supplier of hard PVC, virgin or recycled (granules/pellets or regrinded). Our requirements: colour values L*-value 45-80 density (g/l): 630 +/-30 residual moisture max 0.4% impurities max 0.3% DHC DIN EN ISO182-3 min. 25min Vicat DIN EN ISO 306 min. 78 degrees CHarpy DIN EN ISO 179-1(1eA) more or equal to 55kJ/m2, or more or equal to 60kJ/m2, Biege-Module DIN EN ISO 527-1 min.2200N/mm2 specific density g/cm3 approx.1.45 Does your product meet these requirements? If yes could you provide us with a TDS (technical data sheet)? We would need approx. 200 tons per month plus a sample sent to our manufacturing facility in Poland.
