Payment: LC at sight.

Prefer Argentina origin.

Since the buyer is a state owned company, they require the suppliers to provide photos of stockpile and warehouse/farm, company's registration, export certification/health certification and past performance (Bill of lading to China or other countries). Once the documents have meet their expectation, the buyer will send people to you to do the inspection and complete the contract/deal.
