Pls review the order term. My term as followed. Can you accept ?

1. Please provide local sales manager onsite as I will visit your ware house review the goods.
2. Do you have local office phone # and faxes number.
3. Site address
4. Allow me the review the goods and sample 200gram sample and take photo.
5. Decision shall take 1 day for go no go as there is another 2 partner in oversea. need
discussion and approval.
6. Payment under your company name or personal ?
7. Company website / registration.
8. Onsite review the real garlic include the warehouse
9. Take photo and send to the partner.
10. Decision made go and no go.
11. If ok, payment 20% booking - bank transfer / cash
12. Transparent to us on the shipping line use.
13. 40% onsite review garlic quality and loading - bank transfer
14. arrival thailand and verify the garlic, within 3 days clearing.

Please answer the above question before proceed for the order.

We target to purchase each month about 200 MT,
I will place you purchase order and onsite visit this fews days.
Pls also provide the local office number, and who is the incharge person
of the company ?
