Custom Made Writting Pad with a manufacturer

I am looking for a manufacturer that can make writing pads based on my specification:

FINISH SIZE: 4" length by 2" width by 1/8" thick

Watermark the crack and peel sheet (sticky paper)
Watermark artwork "The BizCard Pad" in a diagonally direction

GLUE COLOR FOR WHITE SHEETS: White (no yellow)
