RFQ Details

Need shirring elastic that is attached to/part of cotton tape. Tape is sewn onto the appropriate part of garment to give shirring AND stretch - such as a waistband that has stretch/flexibility to accomodate different size waist measurements to a limited degree. Would like 1-1 1/2 inch wide tape. Needs minimum of 50 yds - maximum of 100 yds. Black/ white/ neutral colors best - any 1 of these will work.

I DO NOT need "shirring elastic" to put onto a bobbin - I need the elastic as part of the fabric tape which is sewn onto garment for shirring or gathering.
