therma rx products are based on a proprietary method of applying controlled, localized heat externally to certain areas of a patients body to modulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the autonomic nervous system, in order to facilitate urinary voiding and reduce urinary hesitancy.

ThermaRxs product line includes portable-wearable and home-based variations of the PMAXTM device. The portable-wearable PMAXTM include garments (boxer-brief underwear and belt-strap), which are electronically powered.

In contrast, the home based PMAXTM is an add-on heating device to existing residential toilets. Compared to drug and surgical treatments, PMAXTM products have the advantages of simplicity, lack of adverse effects and non-invasive usage.
