I am an importer. Till now I have been importing polyester fabric with PVC backing and Taffeta from China. I have fully planned to add dry fruits' business along with this business.

In this, I will start with cashew nut first. I am writing some questions to you as per my inquiry, please answer them.

I understand that cashew has two main types of grades: W & WW, and other grades like larger pieces, scorched small pieces, baby bits, dessert wholes, scorched cashew nuts.

W && WW has many varieties in each like

1. What does W and WW stand for?

2. What does W 160, W 180, W 240, W 320, W 450 and WW 160, WW 180, WW 210, WW 240, WW 450 stand for and how can I distinguish among each variety of cashew nuts?

3. All the varieties are mentioned above, what are all the dimensions like thickness, length, breadth in MM, weight of each cashew nuts like dried roasted/steamed?

4. Each variety has first, second and third quality. How can I differentiate among each other?

5. How many methods are there to process the cashew nuts to get them ready to be eaten? Which method is the best in keeping the chemical properties like sweet, crispy and for prolonged time?

6. What is the oil content of each variety?
