I need to purchase Bitumen with the following specifications:

Grade 60/70:
1. Specific Gravity 1.01-1.06 D.70
2. Softening Point: 49/59 D.36
3. Ductility: 25C 109 minimum D.113
4. Loss of the Heating % WT: 0.2 maximum D.6-D.68
5. Flash Point 250 minimum D.92-D.5
6. Solubility in CS2 % WT: 99.9 minimum D.4

Grade 80/100:
1. Specific Gravity: 1.00/1.05 D.70
2. Softening Point: 45/52 D.36
3. Ductility: 25C 100 minimum D.113
4. Loss of the Heating % WT: 0.5 maximum D.6-D.68
5. Flash Point: 225 minimum D.92-D.5
6. Solubility in CS2 % WT: 99.5 maximum D.4

Required:
1. Quantity: 500-2000 MT
2. Packing: New steel drums of 150 kgs and 180 kgs net weight
3. Port of shipment and lead time: PSI by SGS (many Iranian suppliers do so).
