Basic DOCUMENTS OF ADD TYPES TO AQSIQ CERTIFICATE

1.The initial application number and password of Import waste materials inspection and quarantine supervision electronic system.
2.Application Form,which need be printed on-line and legal person signed and company stamped
3.AQSIQ certification copy or scan.
4.Radioactive Detector, please provide photos, videos, model, (ex-factory conformity certificate and/or instrument calibration certificate if been brought more than 1 year and its Chinese translation).
5. ISO9001 or RIOS certifications, provide the color scan of the above and Chinese translation;and this ISO9001 certificate must include the scale of scrap type you are going to add on AQISQ licnece;
6.BIR CERTIFICATE OR ISRI certificate or any other relevant certification that can prove your company's business legal scale and rights.(if you have, provide color scan and Chinese translation)
